There’s only one reason why non-native English speaking countries want to learn the English Language nowadays. This is because of the effects of globalization and business competition. Since the English language is being widely used in business communication today, this also used in casual conversation among people of different nationality. The internet is an example of place where English language is being used. In fact, most of the websites of a non-native speaking country has English translation, not only to be understood by the internet community but also to market their businesses worldwide.


Under globalization and business competition, familiarity of the English language is an advantage. Of course, having an interpreter is also good, but the interpreted words may lack the vital ingredient because you do not feel the emotion accompanied by these words being passed to you. Furthermore, the interpreter, most of the time can’t and doesn’t utter the exact term being interpreted to you because there are numerous words in your native tongue that don’t have exact and opposite translation in the English language.


This scenario is seen by these non-native English speaking nations. So, they decided to hire English Teachers for them to abreast the ever changing trends in globalization and business competition.


On the other hand, the hiring of English teachers is not an easy task for these non-native speakers. They even resorted to third party like agencies just to find the perfect teacher for them and for their young generation. Though this is a trend today, it becomes widely practice for the non-native country to look for an agency that will be of service in finding the right teacher. It is not only teachers being processed by third parties even other professional and technical skills are being process for the employer too.


Most of these non-English Speaking countries hire teachers from native English speaking countries. This because of the fact that native speaker of the language can motivate the learners to learn the language. But isn’t much better if the English teacher is not a native English speaker because this will serve as model per se. That a non-native English speaker became very much adept in speaking the English even if he/she is not a native speaker of the language? The non-native teacher will serve as living evidence that English Language could be learned by them just like their teacher does.


In the classroom situation, the non-native teacher will surely speak the language like the natives do. This idea may not be acceptable to other non-native nation, but at this very minute there non-native countries hiring teachers not specifically native speaker of English Language. The non- native English Teacher on the other hand, had passed all the necessary requirement before acquiring the degree. In this case, the non-native English Teachers are also qualified to teach English as a Send Language to non-native speaker.

Today, it is necessary to learn English as the Second Language. For beginners, especially young kids, teach them the basics first. But for advance learners and those who are already on the process of writing a letter, you should have a pattern or a sample cover letter as guide.
